Orangen frieren gerne – in den Nächten
Damit die Orange ihre schöne Farbe bekommt braucht sie in der Nacht kalte Temperaturen.
Sonst bleibt sie einfach grün – und ist trotzdem reif.
Jetzt ist es endlich auch auf Mallorca etwas kälter geworden und der lang ersehnte Regen hat die schon trockene Erde aufgeweicht. So machen die Früchte mit der leuchtenden Farbe ihrem Namen alle Ehre – und saftig sind sie auch. Bei Fet a Sóller können Orangen online bestellt werden, naturbelassen natürlich, damit auch die Schale verwendet werden kann, kandiert, im Salat, im Müsli oder in der Nachspeise.
