Der Klassiker in der mallorquinischen Küche als Salatspezialität (auf mallorquin „trempó“) oder als Hauptgericht mit Brot, Schinken und Käse.
Das Geheimnis dieser Köstlichkeit: nur gute Zutaten! Hier stimmt die Redewendung „weniger is(ß)t mehr….“ Nämlich mehr Geschmack und Vitamine – aber davon reichlich! Die Mallorquiner essen den Salat regelmäßig und natürlich am liebsten im Sommer wenn leichte Kost gefragt ist.
Gerade jetzt empfiehlt es sich allerdings diese Vitaminbombe aus Tomaten, Paprika und Zwiebeln zur Stärkung des Immunsystems zu genießen. Geschmacklich ist der Salat eine Verlängerung des Sommers und gesundheitlich ein Schutz vor den beginnenden Erkältungen.
Im Original besteht der Trampó-Salat aus Pera- oder Salattomaten, mallorquinischem Paprika, weißen Zwiebeln und Thunfisch. Einzig abgerundet mit feinstem Olivenöl (extra Virgen) und Salzblume gewürzt. Diese schlichte Zubereitungsart hebt den Geschmack des Gemüses hervor und führt zum absoluten Geschmackserlebnis. Sonnenverwöhntes Gemüse, auch um diese Jahreszeit, bekommt man bei Fet a Sóller bis nach Hause geliefert.
