Milde Limetten von Mallorca!
Herrlich frisch, leicht sauer und sehr aromatisch kommen die Limetten von Mallorca daher
Jetzt ist die Zeit in der die sonst knallgrünen Früchte auf Grund fehlender Nachttemperaturen ihre Farbe ins Gelbe wechseln. Bei den nicht konservierten und ungewachsten Limetten geht das dann noch schneller mit dem Farbwechsel. Am Geschmack ändert das nichts, nur die Sichtweise.
