Ramallet ist die beliebte Strauchtomate aus Mallorca
Sie gibt dem Pa amb Oli den saftigen Geschmack und macht Saucen wundervoll tomatig. Auch als Konserve kann man die Ramallet geniessen: pur, gerieben im Glas oder fix und fertig mit Salz und Olivenöl. Getrocknet mit gemahlenen Mandeln wird daraus ein vollmundiger Brotaufstrich.
