Olivenöle mit der Auszeichnung D.O. Oli de Mallorca sind immer aus den Oliven Arbequina, Picual und Mallorquina (oder Empeltre) gepresst und haben als sortenreines Olivenöl haben einen erkennbaren Eigengeschmack.
